What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time gift cards are not available but we're working on it.

What shipping services do you offer?

USPS First Class Retail Mail: Small Packages 0-12 oz: 2-5 days 

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 Days

Do you collect sales tax?

State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.

When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 2-3 business days before actual shipment. During high peak periods processing time could take 3-5 days for us to process your order before shipment. We work to ensure your products arrive in a fast and safe manner.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We assure you that all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hurs to report any damage. In the event your item arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged product and your order number so that we may begin the replacement process.
